What is FreeBee / Scout

Freebee is the technology platform and app provider powering Scout, an on-demand public microtransit rideshare service. Operating similarly to Uber or Lyft, it provides shared, curb-to-curb rides across designated neighborhood zones within the county for at free or reduced cost (depending on the county) instead of traditional fixed bus routes.
